ABOUT DRE
DeShawn "Dre" Potts has been involved in the sports/fitness world as long as he can remember. A life long passion for sports led him to earning a Division 1 football scholarship to Fresno State out of high school where he graduated and played football in his 4 years with the Bulldogs.
Dre has turned his passion for sports towards fitness, health and wellness and devotes his time to help others reach their fitness/health goals.

DeShawn Potts, spent 4 years playing football for the Fresno State Bulldogs. He spent his career in the secondary playing Strong & Free Safety. After redshirting his first year, Potts would play in a total of 34 games over his 3-year playing career while earning a starting role in 18 of those games.

At the conclusion of his athletic & academic careers, Potts had the opportunity of interning with the Fresno State Football Strength & Conditioning program under Head Strength Coach, Andy Ward for the preseason of the 2018-19 Football Season.

While playing football at the university, Potts also studied Kinesiology-Exercise Science while on scholarship at Fresno State. Potts graduated in 4 years with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, graduating with Student-Athlete Academic Honors.

After all the experience gained in a lifetime of sports, education, and internship all at the highest levels, Potts decided to build his own dream into reality and start the DreFlex Personal Training brand and begin personal training in the Central Valley.
